SULFCRETE
A NEXT GENERATION SULFUR POLYMER CONCRETE
SUPERIOR STRENGTH LOW CARBON WATERLESS
A clean energy startup, SulfCrete is under development to transform sulfur stockpiles into low-cost, impermeable, reusable concrete, commercializing a breakthrough patented technology and reducing the massive carbon footprint caused by traditional concrete production.
SULFCRETE
The Future of Concrete Science
Sulfcrete is a superior strength, low carbon, waterless, highly impermeable concrete. It is based on an advanced sulfur polymer technology for maximum durability and minimal carbon footprint.
Once produced SulfCrete will have twice the strength of conventional concrete andwill be highly resistant to corrosive elements. Quick setting and curing, SulfCrete will easily be recycled, remolded, and reused with the same low carbon manufacturing benefits.
SULFCRETE ADVANTAGE
Prior art publications demonstrate that the sulfer poymer concrete on which SulfCrete is based has numerous advantages

PATENTED TECHNOLOGY
Breakthrough Process
Sulfcrete has an exclusive technology transfer agreement to the patents for the most efficient, cost effective process to manufacture sulphur polymer concrete, using a stabilized sulfur binder and activated fillers. Sulfcrete replaces expensive ($2000 a ton) conventional additives with a lower cost organic modifier ($150 a ton), enhanced by energetic mixing with fillers.
The Sulfcrete Difference
The Sulfcrete technology can replace conventional portland concrete in hundreds of applications with sulfur-based thermoplastic binders in a new, clean sulphur concrete product. Sulfcrete uses only sulphur, fly ash, sand, and an organic modifier in a unique composition to produce a concrete that offers a significant advantage.

THE SULFCRETE SOLUTION
Safe Solution To Industrial Waste
Sulfer waste results from the process of oil and gasoline refinement and the cleanup of coal-fired power plant emissions. Sulphur is removed to allow refined fuels to burn cleaner.
Reducing the Environmental Burden
Over the years, as emissions and air quality regulations became more and more aggressive, the worldwide stockpile of refined sulphur has reached 21 million metric tons and growing.
Immense stockpiles of sulfur waste worldwide creates enormous industrial and environmental burdens – and presents an ideal opportunity for an innovative solution. SULFCRETE is that SOLUTION.
Once in production, SulfCrete will upcycle waste sulfur and other waste byproducts and transform them into a new form of high performance concrete
